We work backwards from the buyer's specification: identify the right source, assess what it can actually deliver, and coordinate the evidence and execution needed to turn origin into a shipment.
Depending on the mandate, DAM can operate as an asset-light broker or agency, or carry more of the chain through direct trading, aggregation, processing, value addition, branding and logistics.
